Change in the composition of Spinnova Plc's Management Team

Spinnova Plc’s General Counsel and member of the Management Team, Johanna Valkama, has decided to move to a new role outside the company. Valkama will continue in her current role during her three-month notice period and will support the progress of ongoing projects at the company as well as the orderly transition of her responsibilities.
“I would like to warmly thank Johanna for her significant contribution to Spinnova. Johanna has been a valued member of the Management Team and an important support to the company in the areas of legal affairs and good governance. We understand her decision to move to a role that better suits her goals at this stage.
