1 PRESS RELEASE Energy: change in the 2026 corporate events calendar S. Angelo di Piove di Sacco (PD), 25 September 2026 – The Board of Directors of Energy S.p.A., an Italian company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (ISIN Code IT0005500712, Ticker ENY), at the head of the Energy Group, a leading full system technology manufacturer in BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) systems and provider of cloud and engineering services, announces the following change to the 2026 Financial Calendar in accordance with the disclosure obligations: Date Event 30 September 2026 (instead of 28 September 2026) Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as at 30 June 2026, voluntarily subject to a limited audit The deferral is necessary in order to allow the completion of the preliminary and technical coordination activities related to the preparation of the consolidated half-year financial report as at 30 June 2026. The Group will promptly inform the market of any change in the foregoing.
