As a result of, in accordance with previously announced information, the directed issue of 2,888,888,888 Class B shares resolved on 3 July 2026 as well as the directed issue of an additional number of 868,702,560 Class B shares resolved on 8 July 2026, the number of shares and votes in Episurf Medical AB (publ) (“Episurf”) has changed.
Through the above-mentioned changes, the total number of shares in Episurf as of 31 July 2026 amounts to 10,688,429,393, of which 473,357 are Class A shares and 10,687,956,036 are Class B shares, and the total number of votes in Episurf amounts to 10,689,376,107.
