Carsten Rüter, President HEXPOL Compounding Technology, and Ralph Wolkener, President HEXPOL Compounding Europe & Asia, both members of Group Management, will be leaving the company by end of 2027.
HEXPOL has come to a mutual understanding and an agreement with Carsten Rüter and Ralph Wolkener that they will both prepare a transition in the management of the business area Rubber Compounding Europe & Asia and end their employment during 2027.
Carsten and Ralph have both been instrumental in building HEXPOL to become the global market leader of rubber compounding it is today and they will remain fully operational and responsible for their respective function and business area until their succession is in place. The company expects the succession to be in place well before their final day with the Group on December 31, 2027, allowing for a smooth and controlled handover of responsibilities.
HEXPOL will begin a recruitment process as soon as possible after the summer break.
