Central Licence Package Update
Oriole Resources PLC (AIM: ORR), the AIM quoted gold exploration and development company focused on Central and West Africa, is pleased to provide an update on its 90% owned Eastern Central Licence Package ("Eastern CLP") in Cameroon, which comprises four licences: Ndom, Pokor, Niambaram, and Tenekou, and the neighbouring Western Central Licence Package ("Western CLP"), which comprises the Mana, Sanga and Dogon licences. The Eastern CLP is contiguous with the Company's 50%-owned Mbe licence ("Mbe"), where a JORC Inferred Mineral Resource of 1.66Moz gold has recently been reported.
Highlights
· Further results from early-stage exploration have been received for the Niambaram and Ndom licences.
· Regolith mapping and rock-chip sampling over 2021 anomalous gold-in-soil samples at Niambaram has identified three main mineralised areas of multi-gramme gold anomalism, with results up to 28.40g/t Au. Mineralisation is associated with NW-trending quartz veins and NE-trending brecciated felsic dykes (2m wide and up to 200m long) within orthogneiss host rock. This geological setting is comparable with that observed at Mbe.
· An infill soil and auger sampling programme has recently been completed across the ND01 target at Ndom. Results for limited rock-chip sampling completed over the area only returned measurable gold in two samples, likely due to the extensive alluvial cover in the area which may have masked underlying mineralisation. The auger sampling programme will attempt to address this issue.
· Analysis of the soil/auger samples, as well those collected earlier this year at Niambaram (see announcement dated 16 April 2026), will be completed later this year. It is anticipated that the analyses will be completed using Portable PPB's detectORETM technology which enables field-based gold analysis using a portable XRF unit. The equipment has been ordered and will be shipped to Cameroon shortly.
· Following previously reported access issues, the Company's Western CLP licences, held through Reservoir Cameroon SARL, have been revoked and will likely not be returned to the Mining Cadastre due to competing interests from hunting concessions in the area. The Company had committed minimal funding to these licences, prior to their voluntary suspension in 2023 (see announcement dated 9 March 2023).

Further Details
The Eastern CLP, comprising the Ndom, Pokor, Niambaram and Tenekou licences, is contiguous with the Mbe gold project licence, where a total JORC Inferred Resource of 1.66Moz gold was reported last month (see announcement dated 23 July 2026).
The Company today provides an update on the recently completed and ongoing work programmes at the Niambaram and Ndom licences.
Niambaram
As previously reported, two regional soil sampling grids at Niambaram (NM_Reg_01 and NM_Reg_02) were completed at a 400m by 100m spacing to target watersheds in the northern half of the licence, over previously reported anomalous gold-in-stream sediment results. Following a successful orientation study, the Company has ordered detectORETM equipment from Portable PPB to enable analysis of these samples in the field using a portable XRF unit. This will provide time and cost benefits. Subject to successful importation of the equipment, and training of the Company's technicians, results are anticipated in H2-2026.
Meanwhile, further mapping and rock-chip sampling programmes have been completed over two target areas to the south of NM_Reg_01 and NM_Reg_02, and two gold-in-soil anomalies identified during the initial Eastern CLP-wide regional soil sampling programme in 2021/22, where individual samples had graded up to 57ppb Au (see red boxes in Figure 1). It is noted that access within these areas was limited by the river being in flood during the rainy season and these sites will be revisited in the next field season.
Results presented today are for 180 rock chip samples (222 including QAQC) collected across these prior soil anomalies, with results up to 28.40g/t Au defining three key mineralised areas. Two of these are associated with NW trending quartz veins with visible disseminated sulphides, cross cutting the orthogneiss host rock. The third relates to a 2m-wide, NE-trending felsic dyke that is brecciated with sulphide-rich veinlets and extends over a strike length of approximately 200m. The lithological and structural context, as well as the mineralisation styles, are similar to those observed at Mbe.

Analysis of QAQC samples confirmed that they generally reported values within acceptable levels of tolerance, although one blank sample (a locally sourced granite that is periodically analysed to assess gold content) returned 0.05ppm Au. In accordance with the Company's QAQC protocols, this blank sample, along with the samples either side of the failure, were re-assayed and returned similar values. Therefore, the low-level gold within this one sample is likely inherent to the sample, rather than as a result of contamination during sample preparation or analysis.
Ndom
In April 2026, results from selective rock-chip sampling over the ND02 target, in the east of the licence (see inset in Figure 3), delivered best results of 17.00g/t Au, 0.93g/t Au, and 0.71g/t Au from a 3km by 2km zone. These grades were related to NW-SE trending quartz veins that appear to be similar to those observed at Mbe and further work is being planned.
The Company today reports that infill sampling has been completed over prior 2020-2021 stream and soil anomalism at the ND01 target, located to the southwest of ND02. The programme was completed as a mix of soil sampling (over in-situ material) and auger sampling (over alluvial terraces) to ensure representativity of the samples with respect to the underlying geology by minimising the influence of any cover rocks. As per the soil/auger sampling at Niambaram, it is anticipated that these samples will be analysed using detectORETM, with results anticipated later this year.
During the programme, a total of 22 rock chip samples (26 including QAQC) were collected within the soil sampling grid area but only two samples returned measurable gold of 0.2g/t Au and 0.1g/t Au. QAQC for these samples reported within acceptable limits. The extensive alluvial cover in the area has reduced the outcrop exposure and so the samples taken might not accurately reflect the underlying geology and mineralisation. The auger sampling programme will attempt to address this issue.

Overall, the results reported today continue to demonstrate the wider prospectivity of the Eastern CLP permits, which are contiguous with the 1.66Moz gold Mbe project licence.
Further work programmes are being planned across the Eastern CLP, to be commenced in the next field season, although they will not be finalised until the detectORETM analyses have been completed. It is also anticipated that geology-specific AI targeting will be utilised, using all data obtained to date over the Eastern CLP (including Mbe), to help with targeting and ranking of those targets thereby fast tracking the Company's exploration efforts across the package.
Following previously reported access issues in the three Western CLP licences, these licences have been revoked and are unlikely to be returned to the Mining Cadastre due to competing interests from hunting concessions in the area. The Company had committed minimal funding to these licences prior to their voluntary suspension in 2023 (see the Company's Annual Report dated 9 March 2023). There will therefore be no significant impact on the operations or financial statements of the Company.

Oriole Resources
Oriole Resources PLC is an AIM-quoted gold and development exploration company, with projects in Central and West Africa. It is currently focused on projects in Cameroon.
At its district scale Central Licence Package (CLP) in Cameroon, the Company has identified multi-kilometre long gold anomalies, including at its flagship Mbe project. At Mbe, the Company has published a global JORC Inferred MRE of 1.66Moz contained gold at MB01, consisting of 1.30Moz at 1.01g/t Au for the MB01-S deposit, and 360koz at 1.05g/t Au for the MB01-N deposit. Following the completion of the MB01-N drilling programme, and by meeting various financial commitments, BCM has earned a 50% interest in the Mbe project, and Oriole has recently completed a corporate restructuring to confirm the Company's and BCM's respective 50% interest in Mbe. Drafting of a JV partnership agreement is nearing completion.
The Company has also reported a Resource of 460,000oz contained gold at 2.06g/t Au in the JORC Indicated and Inferred categories at its 50% owned Bibemi project in Cameroon, where it has applied for an Exploitation Licence. In November 2025, BCM completed its earn-in to give it a 50% interest in Bibemi by meeting certain payment conditions, including spending US$4 million on exploration.
At its 85%-owned Wapouzé limestone project in north-eastern Cameroon, the Company has recently completed a maiden drilling programme for 1,053.80m in 21 holes. The Company anticipates that results from this programme, a recently completed ground geophysics (resistivity) survey and historical surface exploration, will support the delivery of a maiden MRE and/or a JORC Exploration Target for the Project in late Q3-2026.
At the Senala gold project in Senegal, AGEM Senegal Exploration Suarl ("AGEM"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Managem Group, has completed a six-year earn-in to acquire an approximate 59% beneficial interest in the Senala Exploration Licence by spending US$5.8 million. The Company has reported a Resource of 155,000oz contained gold at 1.26g/t Au (using a gold price of US$1,800/oz) in the JORC Inferred category for the Faré South prospect, and an additional, complementary Exploration Target range of 17Mt to 24Mt at a grade of 0.69g/t to 0.84g/t Au for 380,000oz to 650,000oz contained gold for all prospects at Senala. Best results to date include 20.00m grading 31.13 g/t Au including 10.00m grading 60.98 g/t Au from RC drilling and 59.60m grading 2.20 g/t Au from diamond drilling. A JV agreement was signed in July 2026 and a work programme is due to commence in August 2026.
The Company also has several interests and royalties in companies operating in East Africa and Turkey that could give future cash payments.
