Catena Media announces share buybacks executed from 14 to 18 September 2026
Catena Media plc (LEI code: 549300609A73DL5C5Z86) repurchased a total of 123,666 of its own ordinary shares (ISIN code: MT0001000109) from 14 to 18 September 2026 as part of the share buyback programme announced on 10 September 2026. Its purpose is to satisfy obligations to participants in the company’s outstanding long-term incentive programmes.
The programme is being carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation"). The programme may comprise a maximum of 4,713,747 shares for a maximum amount of SEK 28 million and runs until the annual general meeting 2027 at the latest.
All share repurchases were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by ABG Sundal Collier AB on behalf of Catena Media.
