Castellum has once again been approved for the Nasdaq Green Equity Designation on Nasdaq Stockholm and thereby retains its green equity designation.
The Nasdaq Green Equity Designation includes requirements regarding the proportion of a company’s revenue and investments that can be classified as green. The assessment is externally reviewed and renewed annually.
In this year’s external review by S&P Global Shades of Green, 81 per cent of Castellum’s revenue was found to derive from energy-efficient buildings, exceeding Nasdaq’s 50 per cent minimum threshold. S&P also assessed 78 per cent of Castellum’s investments in 2025 as green.
“Maintaining our classification confirms that Castellum has a portfolio of energy-efficient and sustainable properties, and that a large share of our investments contributes to developing it further,” says Filip Elland, Head of Sustainability at Castellum.
The Nasdaq Green Equity Designation was introduced to provide investors with information on listed companies where a substantial share of revenue and investments is classified as green.
