Capital Markets Day
C&C Group plc today hosts a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors and analysts in Glasgow.
The event will be led by CEO, Roger White, and members of the Group Executive Committee and will provide an update on the Group's strategy and medium-term targets. The presentations will focus on how the Group will grow volume in C&C Brands and grow margin in Matthew Clark Bibendum, underpinned by operational excellence, people and culture, and technology and data.
At today's event, the Group will also set out its medium-term targets, including:
· FY30 operating profit target of €85 million; and,
· More than €100 million of cumulative free cash flow (net of lease costs and exceptional costs) generation over FY28-FY30.
Management will also outline a refreshed capital allocation framework with the following priorities:
1. Maintaining a strong balance sheet, targeting leverage of 1.0x to 1.5x net debt to EBITDA (pre-IFRS 16 basis);
2. Organic investment to support long-term profitable growth;
3. Paying a sustainable and progressive ordinary dividend; and
4. Deploying surplus capital towards growth opportunities, acquisitions and/or shareholder returns, depending on the relative attractiveness of available opportunities.
The Group updated on trading in its recent announcement dated 11 September 2026. No new information concerning current trading will be disclosed.
