Monsenso A/S has today decided to increase the share capital by a nominal amount of DKK 84,598.80 through the exercise of warrant programs by employees and management.
The capital increase is subscribed in cash without pre-emptive rights for the company's existing shareholders or others. The proceeds amount to DKK 151,104. The capital increase represents 0.88% of the company's previous share capital.
The subscription prices for the new shares are as follows: DKK 0.11 for 357,104 new shares, DKK 0.22 for 346,676 new shares and DKK 0.25 for 142,208 new shares.
The new shares are ordinary, without special rights and freely transferable negotiable instruments. The new shares are entitled to dividends and other rights in the company from the date the capital increase is registered. The new shares will be admitted to listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark as soon as possible after registration with the Danish Business Authority.
Monsenso's current share capital amounts to a nominal DKK 9,590,662.00 divided into 95,906,602 shares of DKK 0.10. The capital increase is expected to be completed soon, and after registration, the nominal value and volume of shares will be as follows:
