Cancellation of Treasury Shares
The Company announces that, on 5 August 2026, it cancelled 23,289,495 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") previously held in treasury and no longer holds any shares in treasury.
Following this cancellation, the issued share capital and total number of voting rights of the Company is 1,085,419,558 Ordinary Shares.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the purposes of calculating whether or not they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
