Cancellation of Treasury Shares
In accordance with UKLR 9.8.2, the Company announces that on 14 July 2026 it cancelled from treasury 48,432,331 Ordinary Shares.
Following the above cancellation, the Company has 106,468,268 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 6,016,585 Ordinary Shares in treasury, amounting to 5.3 per cent of its total share capital.
The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company (UKLR 9.8.2) is 106,468,268 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
