CANCELLATION OF LISTING AND ADMISSION TO TRADING
JPMORGAN GLOBAL CORE REAL ASSETS LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) (“JARA” OR THE “COMPANY”)
Further to its announcement of 31 July 2026 regarding proposals for the voluntary liquidation of the Company, and its later announcement of 27 August 2026 that the Company has entered into voluntary liquidation, the Company now confirms that, following applications to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange, the listing of JARA’s Shares on the Official List and trading in JARA’s Shares on the Main Market will be cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today.
