Oslo, 25 August 2026: Bulk Infrastructure Group AS has mandated Arctic Securities and Nordea as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing today, 25 August 2026. A new senior unsecured bond issue with a 4.25-year tenor and an expected minimum size of NOK 1,000 million, may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
