BTC AB redeems approximately 5 percent of the B shares for SEK 4.7 million at SEK 121.43 per share, a 28 percent discount to NAV

B Treasury Capital AB (publ) ("BTC AB" or the "Company") today announces the redemption price and the outcome of the voluntary redemption offer for Class B shares announced on 11 September 2026.
The redemption price has been set at SEK 121.43 per B share, corresponding to net asset value per B share of SEK 168.65 at 17.30 CEST on 25 September 2026, less 28 percent.

Net asset value per B share has been calculated in accordance with the terms of the offer:

Outcome
According to the compilation by Aqurat Fondkommission AB, applications for redemption were received for a total of 38,861 B shares, corresponding to a total redemption amount of SEK 4,718,891. As applications fall below the maximum amount of SEK 5 million, all validly applied-for shares will be redeemed in full.
The redeemed shares represent approximately 4.9 percent of the Company's outstanding B shares. Following completion, the number of outstanding B shares will amount to 748,446.
The redemption is funded entirely from existing cash. No bitcoin will be sold.
Effect on remaining shareholders
As the shares are redeemed at a discount to net asset value, the difference accrues to the shareholders who did not participate. Bitcoin per B share increases by approximately 5.2 percent. As
the redemption is paid from cash, net asset value per B share increases by approximately 1.5 percent, from SEK 168.65 to SEK 171.10, at an unchanged Bitcoin price.
"Redeeming shares at a 28 percent discount is a more efficient use of cash than buying bitcoin at market. The redemption increased bitcoin per share by 5.2 percent. Buying bitcoin for the same SEK 4.7 million would have increased it by 3.3 percent. Remaining shareholders therefore got about 1.6 times more bitcoin per share for the same cash, and the Company still holds all of its bitcoin," says Christoffer De Geer, CEO of BTC AB.
