BranchOut Secures Approximately $750,000 in Initial Orders for New Front-of-Club Multipack Product Line and Dried Cheesecake Bites with Nation's Largest Warehouse Club Retailer

BEND, Ore., Aug. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BranchOut Food Inc. (NASDAQ: BOF), a food technology company pioneering next-generation fruit, vegetable, and dairy-based snacks through its proprietary GentleDry™ technology, today announced the first commercial orders for its new front-of-club Crunchy Fruit Chip Multipack Product Line and its innovative shelf-stable Dried Cheesecake Bites. Together, these launches represent important milestones in the Company's strategy of expanding through continuous product innovation with the nation's largest warehouse club retailer.

The initial Multipack Product Line order is valued at approximately $500,000 and will ship later this year, marking the first commercial launch of the product line and BranchOut's first international warehouse club program in Mexico. The Multipack Product Line was designed specifically for the retailer's high-traffic front-of-club merchandising area, significantly expanding the Company's long-term opportunity with the retailer.

BranchOut also secured its first commercial order for its shelf-stable Dried Cheesecake Bites, which will launch as a seasonal holiday offering in the Texas region of the same retailer. Management noted that multiple additional regions have already expressed interest in both products and believes these initial launches have the potential to expand significantly over time if consumer demand meets expectations.

New Multipack Product Line Significantly Expands Warehouse Club Opportunity

Unlike BranchOut's existing larger-format dried fruit snacks sold in the retailer’s grocery department, the new Multipack Product Line is merchandised in the retailer's high-traffic front-of-store snack section, an entirely different merchandising department managed by a separate buying organization. Management believes this is significant because it effectively creates a second growth opportunity within the same customer by providing access to a new group of buyers, additional merchandising programs, and a higher-volume area of the store. The front-of-store location offers substantially greater customer traffic than the traditional grocery aisle, significantly increasing BranchOut's long-term opportunity within the warehouse club channel.

The Company designed the Multipack Product Line as a scalable platform rather than a single product. BranchOut currently manufactures five core crunchy fruit varieties, allowing each regional buyer to customize a three-flavor assortment based on local consumer preferences. This provides buyers with greater flexibility and ownership while allowing BranchOut to maintain manufacturing focus on the same five core products.

Because customization occurs during packaging rather than manufacturing, BranchOut can create multiple regional assortments without adding production complexity. Management believes this approach maximizes factory efficiency, supports higher production volumes, and improves operating leverage while creating a platform that can be expanded across additional regions and international markets with minimal operational changes.

Dried Cheesecake Bites Expands BranchOut's Innovation Platform

The Company also secured its first commercial order for its innovative Dried Cheesecake Bites, valued at approximately $250,000, which will launch as a seasonal holiday offering in the Texas region. This represents the first retail commercialization of BranchOut's dairy snack platform and further demonstrates the versatility of the Company's proprietary GentleDry™ technology beyond fruit and vegetable snacks.

Management believes Dried Cheesecake Bites represent another scalable product platform with the potential to expand into additional regions over time.
