Board of Directors
“Eurobank S.A.” (“Bank”) informs the investment community that Mr. Evangelos Kotsovinos, Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors (“BoD”) of the Bank, resigned from his position as a member of the BoD of the Bank and from the BoD Committees on which he served (namely the Board Risk Committee and the Board Digital and Transformation Committee), his resignation being effective as of September 24, 2026.
The BoD of the Bank, at its meeting held on September 24, 2026, decided that the management and representation of the Bank by the BoD shall continue, the BoD thus comprising its remaining twelve (12) members, and that the Board Risk Committee and the Board Digital and Transformation Committee shall continue to operate with their remaining members until the appointment by the BoD of a new member in replacement of the resigned one.
The Management of the Bank would like to warmly thank Mr. Evangelos Kotsovinos for his presence and valuable contribution to Eurobank Group.
