BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("Bank")
This is to inform you that 263rd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Friday, 16 October 2026 in Dubai at 12:00 p.m. (UAE Time), inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the 3rd Quarter (Nine Months) ended 30 September 2026 and for declaration of any entitlement.
The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 08 October 2026 to 16 October 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
