Board Committee membership changes
Forterra plc ("Forterra" or the "Company"), a leading UK manufacturer of essential clay and concrete building products, announces the following changes to the Chair of its Board Committees, with effect from 30 September 2026.
- Katherine Innes Ker will step down as Chair of the Remuneration Committee after nine years in the role.
- Gina Jardine will step down as Chair of the Sustainability Committee and will be appointed Chair of the Remuneration Committee, having been a member of the Remuneration Committee since her appointment to the Board. The Board believes Gina's extensive leadership and human resources experience positions her well to lead the Committee. Gina will also become the Board's designated Non-Executive Director for employee engagement.
- Aysegul Sabanci will be appointed Chair of the Sustainability Committee. Aysegul has been a member of the Committee since her appointment to the Board and brings significant experience in sustainability.
This announcement has been made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R.
