Board Changes
DP Aircraft I Limited (the "Group") announces that, following the retirement of Jon Bridel from the Board with effect from 15 September 2026, Jeremy Thompson has been appointed Chairman of the Board.
Howard Millar has been appointed Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Harald Brauns has been appointed Chairman of the Nomination Committee and will continue in his existing role as Chairman of the Management Engagement Committee.
The Board would like to thank Jon for his contribution to the Group and wishes him well for the future.
