Board Change
The Board of Galileo Resources Plc wishes to advise that Edward (Ed) Slowey has, as a result of his retirement, resigned as a director of the Company and its subsidiaries with effect 31 July 2026.
The Board is grateful for Ed's contribution as a technical director and is very pleased that Ed has agreed to continue as consultant helping progress the Company's Ferber Copper-Gold project in Nevada, USA. We wish Ed and his family all the best for a long and happy retirement and thank him for his willingness to assist as and when in the future .
