Malvern International plc (AIM: MLVN), the global learning and skills development partner, announces that, further to the announcement on 17 June 2026 of Dan Fisher's intended departure and following a smooth handover with the new CFO Daniel Chaffer, Dan Fisher has stepped down as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Dan Fisher will continue to support the Company in a non-Board capacity until 18 August 2026 to assist with the completion of the transition.
