INFORMATION DOCUMENT RELATING TO A TRANSACTION OF SIGNIFICANT IMPORTANCE
WITH RELATED PARTIES
Siena, 27 August 2026 – We hereby inform that the Information Document relating to a transaction of major significance with a related party, concerning a voluntary all -share public exchange offer (the "Offer ") for the shares of Banca Generali S.p.A. launched by Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A.
(the " Bank "), is available, together with the favourable opinion of the Related -Party Transactions Committee, at the Bank's registered office in Siena, Piazza Salimbeni No. 3, and on the authorised storage platform eMarket STORAGE, accessible at www.emarketstorage.com , as well as on the website www.gruppomps.it in the Corporate Governance – Related -Party Transactions section.
