Biomind Labs Announces Listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange and the Delisting From the Cboe Canada

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / August 6, 2026 / Biomind Labs Inc. ("Biomind" or the "Company") (CBOE:BMND)(OTC PINK:BMNDF), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on transforming breakthroughs in neuroscience and biomedical research into novel pharmaceutical drugs, is pleased to announce that it has received approval to list its common shares (the "Common Shares") on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE"), and the Common Shares will commence trading on the CSE at market open on August 11, 2026 under the symbol "BMND". In connection with the listing of the Common Shares on the CSE, the Company will be delisting its Common Shares from the Cboe Canada (the "Cboe") effective close of business on August 10, 2026. Both the CSE and Cboe will issue bulletins in connection with the respective listing and delisting of the Common Shares.

No action is required from shareholders in connection with this change in listing, and the Company's OTC Pink listing is unaffected by this change.
