Half-Year Turnover for 2026: €20.1 million
Steady growth in Services & After-Sales and a return to growth in Solutions
Perspectives
Confirmation of the 2026 annual revenue target of between €38 million and €42 million, with the Solutions business continuing to rebound and the Services & After-Sales segment maintaining its strong growth in the second half of 2026
BIO-UV Group (Euronext Growth® - FR001334549 - ALTUV), a specialist in water treatment and disinfection systems using UV, ozone, salt electrolysis, and AOP, has released its revenue figures for the first half of fiscal year 2026 (January 1 through June 30, 2026).
| Consolidated data in M€ (non-audited) | S1 2025 | S1 2026 | Variation | ||
| Services & After- sales | 6,8 | 7,5 | +10% | ||
| Solutions | 5,2 | 5,4 | +4% | ||
| Products | 8,3 | 7,2 | -13% | ||
| Half-year revenue | 20,4 | 20,1 | -1% |
At the end of the first half of 2026, BIO-UV Group reported consolidated revenue of €20.1 million, which remained virtually unchanged compared with the first half of 2025.
The Services & Aftermarket division (sales of engineering services, training, and spare parts) continued to grow at a strong pace in the first half of 2026 (+10%), capitalizing on the expansion of the installed equipment base.
This growth in services and the aftermarket generates recurring revenue with higher margins.
After a sharp decline in 2025, the Solutions division (global water treatment projects combining technologies, equipment, and engineering services) has returned to growth, driven by exports, a now-stabilized maritime retrofit market, and sustained growth in the aquaculture market segment, with revenue in this segment increasing by €0.6 million in the first half of 2026 alone.
In early 2026, BIO-UV Group announced, among other things, that it had signed a contract for a major water treatment and disinfection project on behalf of a global salmon producer in Iceland. This project is currently being implemented.
Finally, the Products division, which encompasses sales of disinfection equipment and systems (UV, salt electrolysis, ozone, AOP) for recreational water (residential and commercial pools), in France and internationally, posted revenue of €7.2 million, down 13%, in a first half marked by the reorganization of sales teams in certain geographic regions and the full internalization of the sales force. In addition, the Products division is facing inflationary pressures on certain raw materials.
Perspectives for the Second Half of 2026
In 2026, BIO-UV Group reaffirms its goal of returning to organic growth and continues to target annual revenue of between €38 million and €42 million, representing sales of between €18 million and €22 million in the second half of 2026 (reminder: €15.5 million in revenue in the second half of 2025).
The expected growth in the business for the second half of the year will be driven by:
the acceleration of growth in the Solutions division, driven by export-oriented aquaculture, and the continued steady growth of sales in the maritime sector as well as in municipal and industrial wastewater solutions;
a more stable level of activity in the pool water treatment equipment sector, in a swimming pool market that is rebounding in 2026 after two years of decline;
and the continued dynamic growth of the Service & After-Sales Market segments, which are higher-margin businesses.
As of mid-July 2026, BIO-UV Group’s overall order backlog is thus slightly higher than it was at the same time last year, with a greater volume of business opportunities in the export market for the aquaculture and industrial water segments.
Finally, BIO-UV Group is continuing to reduce its debt and aims to complement its organic growth with external growth in order to develop new services or expand into new markets.
