Beyond Frames Entertainment AB (publ) (“Company”) informs that the first tranche of the directed share issue announced on August 26, 2026 has been register at The Swedish Companies Registration Office, and that the shareholder Craaford Capital Partners AB's ownership thereafter is 9.6% of the votes in the Company compared to 10.5% prior the first tranche of the share issue. Craaford Capital Partners AB owns 1,958,265 shares in the Company.
