Besqab starts production of 107 new homes in Hagastaden Stockholm

Besqab AB (publ) ("Besqab") is starting the construction on a new residential project comprising 107 apartments in Hagastaden, in central Stockholm. Sales are on going and move-ins are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2028. Possession of the property is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

Haga Heights enjoys a central location in Hagastaden, right next to Norra Stationsparken. The development, featuring 107 apartments, offers a wide variety of floor plans ranging from efficient one-room apartments to spacious five-room units. The complex also includes a communal rooftop terrace and a green courtyard.

The architects are Semrén & Månsson, and the project will be certified according to the standard of Sweden Green Building Council. Besqab has signed a contract with TL Bygg AB for the construction and move-ins are projected to start in the first quarter of 2028.
