Besqab expands the Group Management Team to include the HR function

Malin Semb-Josefson, HR Director at Besqab, will join the Group Management Team of Besqab AB (publ) effective October 23, 2026. This change is of strategic importance to the company’s talent acquisition, organizational development, and leadership development, supporting Besqabs continued growth.

Malin Semb-Josefson, who has served as HR Director at Besqab since 2025, will become a member of the Group Management Team as of October 23, 2026. This reflects a strategy focused on organization, talent acquisition, and leadership, aligned with Besqab’s ongoing development.

Malin Semb-Josefson holds a degree in construction engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, supplemented by an HR management program at FEI, and possesses approximately 30 years of experience in the residential development sector. She joined Besqab in 2025, having previously served as HR Director at Nordic Climate Group.
