Aggiornamento sull’esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 14 settembre 2026 - Nell’ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall’Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 16 aprile 2026 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data , BasicNet S.p.A. - codice ISIN IT0001033700 - nel periodo da l 7 all’11 settembre 2026, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 5.000 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet de tiene complessivamente n. 7.2 62.647 azioni proprie, pari al 1 3,44 9% del capitale sociale e al 9,20 8% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy- back plan
Turin, September 14th, 2026 - Within the treasury share buy -back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 1 6th, 2026, whose commencement was announced on the same date, BasicNet S.p.A. - ISIN Code IT0001033700 - in the period September 7th and 11th, 2026, acquired on the EXM 5,000 shar es. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,262 ,647 treasury shares, equal to 1 3.449 % of the share capital and 9.20 8% on the voting rights.
