Franchetti S.p.A.: effective appointment of Banca Akros as new Euronext Growth Advisor
The declaration required by art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation has been issued to Borsa Italiana
Arzignano (VI), September 24, 2026 – Franchetti S.p.A. (Ticker BIT: FCH), multinational company specializing in advanced diagnostics, digitalization and predictive maintenance solutions for infrastructures , following what was communicated on 25 June 2026 , announces that, today, Banca Akros S.p.A. , the new Euronext Growth Advisor as of 27 September 2026 (inclusive), has successfully completed its verification activities and has issued to Borsa Italiana the declarations of Sheet 2, Section C of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation .
