B2 Impact ASA: Fixed Income Investor Meetings and signed renegotiated RCF at improved terms
Oslo, Wednesday, 26 August 2026:
B2 Impact ASA ("B2I"), rated BB (Stable) by S&P and Ba2 (Stable) by Moody's, has mandated DNB Carnegie and Nordea as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing today, 26 August 2026.
A senior unsecured floating rate bond issue with an expected size of EUR 100 million and a 5.3-year tenor (maturity in January 2032) may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used for refinancing of debt and /or for general corporate purposes.
Furthermore, B2 Impact has signed a renegotiated 3-year RCF of EUR 510 million with DNB and Nordea at improved terms. In addition, the RCF includes a 2-year extension option.
