CONFERENCE CALL JULY 16, 2026
Empoli (FI), July 9, 2026 Sesa (“SESA” – SES.MI), a leading operator in the Technology, Digital Platform and Vertical Application sector for businesses and organizations, announces that on July 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM a conference call will be held for Stakeholders, during which the Group's economic and financial results will be presented, following the approval by the Board of Directors of the Consolidated Financial Statements as of April 30, 2026, and the 2027-2028 Industrial Plan will be illustrated.

Empoli (FI), July 9, 2026 Sesa (“SESA” – SES.MI), leading player in Technology, Digital Platform and Vertical Application for enterprises and organizations, announces that a conference call with Stakeholders will be held on July 16, 2026 at 4.00 p.m. (CET). During the call, the Group will present its economic and financial results for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2026, following the approval of the Consolidated Financial Statements by the Board of Directors. The FY 2027–2028 Industrial Plan will also be presented and discussed.
