(Nedre Vats, August 19, 2026): Reference is made to the long-term incentive plan for 2023 ("LTIP 2023") for certain members of AutoStore Holdings Ltd.'s ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE: AUTO) management and other leading employees (the "Executives").
Under the LTIP 2023, the Executives were, amongst others, awarded performance share units ("PSUs") and restricted share units ("RSUs"). The PSUs were subject to vesting based on the achievement of financial or other performance goals, while the RSUs were subject to time-based vesting.
A total of 150,856 PSUs and 452,722 RSUs have been settled today, August 19, 2026, through the delivery of 603,578 shares held in treasury by AutoStore to the Executives, corresponding to the total number of PSUs and RSUs vested under the LTIP 2023.
The primary insiders of the Company, Mats Hovland Vikse (Chief Executive Officer), Paul Harrison (Chief Financial Officer), Israel Losada Salvador (Chief Operating Officer), Carlos Fernandez (Chief Solutions Officer) and Jenny Sveen Hovda (General Counsel) have received a total of 127,101 shares from the settlement of PSUs.
