(Nedre Vats, September 30, 2026): Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by AutoStore Holdings Ltd. ("AutoStore" or the "Company", OSE:
AUTO) on August 13, 2026 regarding the launch of a share buy-back program of up to USD 75 million (the "Share Buy-back Program").
The Company has today completed the cancellation of 16,511,742 treasury shares repurchased pursuant to the Share Buy-back Program. The cancellation has been effected in the Depository Trust Company ("DTC") and will be reflected in Euronext Securities Oslo (the "VPS").
The Share Buy-back Program is anticipated to continue until December 31, 2026, and the Company will going forward cancel treasury shares on a continuous basis.
Following this cancellation, the total number of issued shares in the Company is 3,412,028,687 of which 59,816,672 shares are treasury shares.
