Facilities services company Miab has chosen Nordlo as its new strategic IT partner, initially for IT operations, support and licence management. Preparations are now under way for a major automation project designed to simplify everyday working life for the company’s approximately 1,000 employees.
“Much of the work involved in IT consists of routine tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding, licence management and hardware procurement. By automating many of these processes, Miab can achieve significant savings in both time and costs,” says Per Rosén, Head of Business Area Nordlo City.

Miab is a leading provider of cleaning and facility services. The company provides facilities management, cleaning and technical maintenance services to a wide range of organisations, from construction companies and hotels to public sector organisations and sensitive environments such as hospitals.
The agreement with Nordlo was signed at the turn of the year 2026 and initially covers IT operations and support, including licence management. Following the summer, the partnership will expand to include additional projects, in line with Nordlo’s ambition to take end-to-end responsibility for its customers’ IT. During the initial phase alone, Nordlo has implemented initiatives that have resulted in significant cost savings.
“Miab is growing rapidly and has ambitious plans to automate, simplify and improve efficiency. This is a major and important assignment for Nordlo that strengthens our presence in the Stockholm region. We look forward to developing our partnership with Miab and contributing to the company’s continued growth.”
The next step is to work with Miab on a project that will simplify everyday working life for the company’s employees in Sweden while also strengthening IT security. Frequently recurring IT requests will be automated. The project will also include the development of a standardised model for managing the company’s work phones.
“This is a major project in which all employees will have the same work phone with the same technical configuration. In the long term, this will improve internal efficiency and reduce vulnerabilities across the organisation,” says Per Rosén.
“We have grown rapidly and have had several different suppliers as well as a wide range of licences. This was a major reason why we chose Nordlo. They are helping us create a more efficient organisation with a focus on functionality and user experience, while also providing us with a close IT partner that works proactively,” says Anders Nerg, IT Manager at Miab.
