Autoklinik Bilskador expands through another acquisition of a body shop
Autoklinik Bilskador, Ryds Bilglas’ body shop concept, continues to expand and strengthen its presence through the acquisition of the body repair business JC Billackering AB. Autoklinik Bilskador was launched in 2026 as a consolidated company for the body shops acquired by Ryds Bilglas, part of Cary Group, over the past few years.
JC Billackering was founded in 1979 and is a well-established company with extensive experience in body repairs and paintwork. Over the years, the workshop has built a strong position in the local market. As part of the acquisition, JC Billackering will be integrated into Autoklinik Bilskador and rebranded in line with Autoklinik’s visual identity. The acquisition strengthens the combined expertise and capacity within Autoklinik Bilskador and creates strong conditions for continuing to provide customers with high-quality and sustainable repair solutions.
