Austevoll Seafood ASA: Change in the board of directors

Austevoll Seafood ASA announces that Hege Solbakken has resigned from the Board of Directors of Austevoll Seafood ASA at her own request due to her new position as County Governor (Statsforvalter) of Vestland.

The change takes effect 10 September 2026.
