Assemblin acquires Lillpite Rör and strengthens its heating and sanitation offering in Northern Sweden
Assemblin has entered into an agreement to acquire the shares in Lillpite Rör AB. The Piteå-based heating and sanitation company has 12 employees and annual revenue of approximately SEK 27 million.
Founded in 2003 and based in Öjebyn, Piteå, in Northern Sweden, Lillpite Rör provides heating and sanitation installation and maintenance services to construction companies, property-sector customers and private individuals. Its offering includes service assignments, bathroom renovations, heat-pump installations and conversions, larger contracting projects, new-built installations and water-meter replacements. The company operates primarily in the Piteå area, with assignments across Norrbotten and parts of Västerbotten.
