Asp Data Center AS – Notice of exercise of call option

Asp Data Center AS has today notified Nordic Trustee of the exercise of its call option for the outstanding bonds in the bond issue "Asp Data Center AS FRN senior secured NOK 685,000,000 bonds 2025/2028" (ISIN NO0013483438), and each bondholder is hereby given notice thereof.

The exercise of the call option is conditional upon certain conditions as set out in the call option notice being satisfied or waived no later than on 22 September 2026. Subject to satisfaction or waiver of said conditions no later than on 22 September 2026, the entire bond issue will be repaid at 105.750 per cent. of the nominal amount, with settlement date 25 September 2026 (being the date falling ten (10) business days after the date of the call option notice).
