Arval Denmark, part of Arval (BNP Paribas Group)—a global leader in vehicle leasing and mobility solutions—today announced two strategic leadership appointments to drive its next phase of growth. The changes come as Arval Denmark reports a 61% share of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) in its fleet (up from 5% in 2022) and 44% fleet growth since 2022, reinforcing its position at the forefront of Europe’s sustainable mobility transition.
These local milestones mirror Arval’s global ambition to become the European leader in sustainable mobility. In Denmark, the company’s rapid BEV adoption—86% of new orders in 2026 are electric —exemplifies its commitment to decarbonizing corporate fleets and supporting the EU’s 2035 zero-emission vehicle targets.
New Leadership to Steer Growth and Innovation
To further strengthen its commercial and operational capabilities, Arval Denmark has appointed:
These appointments complete a restructured leadership team, including:
“Arval Denmark’s leadership evolution reflects our broader European strategy: combining local expertise with global scale to deliver cutting-edge mobility solutions,” said Michael Benabdallah, General Manager. “Benjamin and Anders bring the vision and execution power needed to accelerate our growth in a market where sustainability and digitalization are reshaping fleet management.”
Denmark’s Role in Arval’s European BEV Leadership
Arval Denmark’s performance aligns with Arval’s pan-European success in electrification:
“Electrification is no longer optional—it’s a business imperative,” said Michael Benabdallah, General Manager. “Arval Denmark’s results prove that sustainable fleets are achievable today, not just a 2035 aspiration. Our clients trust us to navigate this transition, from charging infrastructure to total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization.”
