Naples, July 14, 2026 - Arterra Bioscience S.p.A. (the “Company”), a green biotech company specializing in research and development in the field of biotechnology, listed since 2019 on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the Board of Directors, which met today, has reviewed the revenue as of June 30, 2026, which has not been subject to audit, amounting to approximately EUR 3.0 million, an increase of 17.7% compared to the same period of the previous year.
The breakdown of the items contributing to the revenue for the first quarter of 2026 is provided below:

“Revenue as of June 30, 2026, increased from approximately EUR 2.6 million to approximately EUR 3.0 million compared to the same period last year (+17.71%). This increase is mainly driven by the excellent performance in sales of cosmetic raw materials, which grew by 22.19% compared to the previous year.
These results fully confirm the positive trend already recorded in the first quarter of the year; the orders acquired in recent months make us confident about achieving the objectives planned for the current year.”
