Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Anglo Asian Mining plc ("Anglo Asian" or the "Company"), the AIM listed copper and gold producer focused in Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cameron Pforr as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Cameron brings considerable cybersecurity and technological expertise to the Board, having worked in highly innovative technology companies, and international corporate finance experience. Cameron is currently Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Mtron Industries, Inc., (NYSE:MPTI), which specialises in the design and manufacturing of high-performance components for the aerospace and defence, and avionics industries. Prior to joining Mtron, Cameron served as President and CFO of IronNet, Inc (NYSE: IRNT) and President and CFO of Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc., both cybersecurity companies focused on the federal and enterprise markets.
Alongside his wealth of technology experience, Cameron brings considerable public markets, investment and advisory experience which he gained at Bain & Co., Mustang Capital Partners, and Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, the former investment banking arm of Deutsche Bank.
Cameron is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where he earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance, and the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Master of Arts in International Studies.

Anglo Asian Mining plc (AIM:AAZ) is a copper and gold producer with a high-quality portfolio of production and exploration assets in Azerbaijan. The Company produced 7,915 tonnes of copper and 25,061 ounces of gold for the year ended 31 December 2025.
