The Board of Montanaro European Smaller Companies Trust PLC (the "Company") announce that J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking business activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove) ("J.P. Morgan Cazenove") has been appointed as the Company's sole Corporate Broker, also taking control of the Company's share repurchase programme with effect from 3 August 2026.
