Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
The Board of eEnergy (AIM: EAAS, is pleased to confirm the appointment of John Gahan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect. John has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Interim CEO since the resignation of the previous CEO in May. His role as CFO will not be filled on the Board at this time with the financial management of the Group being carried out by existing staff.
John Samuel, Chairman of eEnergy commented:"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank John for taking the reins of the business at short notice in May and providing stability at a turbulent time. We are pleased to confirm his appointment to the role of Chief Executive Officer."
