Appointment of Alternative Investment Fund Manager and Company Secretary
The Board of Herald Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to confirm that, further to the completion of the tender offer on 9 July 2026, the Company has appointed abrdn Fund Managers Limited (trading as Aberdeen Investments) ("Aberdeen") as its alternative investment fund manager (which includes the provision by Aberdeen of company secretarial and administration services) with effect from 1 August 2026.
Following these changes, the Company's website is www.herald-trust.co.uk and its registered office is 280 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4AG.
