Appointment of a new member of the Board of Directors of Holmström Fastigheter

Philip Bergsteinsson, Financial & Operations Manager, has been appointed as a new member of the Board of Directors

As Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter") is implementing a wind-down plan relating to its property portfolio, resulting in a reorganization of the business, Marija Nikolic will conclude her assignment as Head of Property and Sustainability effective 30 September 2026. In connection with the conclusion of her assignment, she will also step down from her position as a member of the Board of Directors.

Philip Bergsteinsson, Financial & Operations Manager, has been appointed as a new member of the Board of Directors.
