Appendix 3H and Cancellation of Securities
Aura Energy Limited (ASX: AEE, AIM: AURA) (“Aura” or the “Company”) advises that an Appendix 3H (Cessation of Securities) relating to the cancellation of 7,064,304 unlisted zero priced options and 2,000,000 Loan Funded Shares (“LFS”) that have lapsed has been filed with the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX").

The Company has cancelled 2,000,000 LFS held by a former employee, which were part of the 20,000,000 LFS that were admitted to trading on AIM in July 2022(the "Cancelled Shares"), due to ceasing of the employee’s employment in accordance to the Terms and Conditions of the LFS.
Application will be made for the 2,000,000 Cancelled Shares to be cancelled from trading on AIM (the "Cancellation"). It is expected that the Cancellation will become effective on or around 6 October 2026.
Total Voting Rights
Following the Cancellation of 2,000,000 Cancelled Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 1,017,441,634 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares").The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, thetotal current voting rightsin the Company following cancellation will be 1,017,441,634and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
