Availability of 2026 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

BRCK Group plc (AIM:BRCK), a leading distributor and provider of specialist products and services to the UK construction industry, today announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2026, together with the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), are available for viewing on the Company's website, www.brckgroup.com/investors and have been posted to those shareholders that have elected to receive a hard copy.

The Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Cavendish plc, One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 12.00 p.m. on Tuesday 15 September 2026. Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. 

Shareholders are welcome to attend in person, however as voting on the resolutions will be conducted on a poll, the Directors encourage shareholders to submit their votes in advance of the meeting. For those shareholders unable to attend the AGM in person for any reason, but would like to ask the Directors a question on the business of the meeting, please email your question to investors@brckgroup.com by 12.00 p.m. on Friday 11 September 2026  and a reply will be sent to you after the meeting has closed.
