2026 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2026 (the "Annual Report") together with a separate notice of its Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of Annual General Meeting") to shareholders.
The Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at: https://www.brooksmacdonald.com/fy-results.
The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 9.00am on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 at its head office at 40 Leadenhall Street, London EC3A 2BJ. The Notice of Annual General Meeting sets out the arrangements for the meeting and how shareholders may vote and ask questions. Any changes to the arrangements for our Annual General Meeting will be posted on our website.
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, the Company has submitted electronic copies of the Annual Report, the Notice of Annual General Meeting, the form of proxy and the Rules of the Brooks Macdonald Group Long Term Incentive Plan to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the unedited full text of the regulated information required to be made public under DTR 4.1 is contained within the Annual Report.
