In addition, LendInvest also announces that The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 8.30 a.m. on 9 September 2026 at 4-8 Maple Street, London W1T 5HD. The Notice of Annual General Meeting will shortly be made available to view on the Company's website, also at https://corporate.lendinvest.com/shareholder-info/governance/ and is being posted today to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy.
