Publication of the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026

Temporary Suspension of Listing
MOH Nippon PLC (the "Company" or "MOH") provides information regarding the publication of its
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026 ("FY26 Results").
The Board of Directors of MOH will not be in a position to publish its FY26 Results by close of business on 31 July 2026, being the latest date permitted for publication of the FY26 Results under DTR 4.1.3R. As previously announced, the Company continues to manage its ongoing financial constraints, which has resulted in the Company not being in a position to formally finalise the commercial engagement terms required to complete the formal appointment of its statutory auditors for the current financial period.
The Company requires further time to finalise these accounts and for the auditor to complete its procedures with respect thereto.
The Company has therefore applied to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") for the listing on the Official List of the FCA of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each to be temporarily suspended with effect from 7.30 am on 3 August 2026 until publication of the FY26 Results. The Company intends to request restoration of trading in its shares following publication of its audited FY26 Results. Further updates will be provided as appropriate.
The Company continues to manage its working capital position and creditors prudently and the Directors continue to evaluate all funding options to improve the Company's current financial position.
The Board recognises the importance of timely financial reporting and regrets the delay. The Company remains committed to keeping shareholders informed of any material developments and will provide further updates regarding the publication timetable as appropriate.
The Board appreciates the continued patience and support of its shareholders during this period.
